SEO & Paid Ads Specialist (Remote)

Role Description
- The SEO & Paid Ads Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for driving online visibility, traffic, and conversions for URCH Foods’ digital channels.
- Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, optimizing website and product pages for search engines, and monitoring rankings and organic performance.
- The specialist will plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns (such as search, social, and display ads), track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for return on ad spend.
- Additional responsibilities include collaborating on landing page improvements, preparing performance reports, making data-driven recommendations, and staying current with SEO and paid media best practices relevant to the food and consumer goods industry.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in SEO strategy and implementation, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads), including audience targeting, bidding, and budget management.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platform dashboards) to measure and optimize performance.
- Ability to create and refine ad copy, basic landing page content, and campaign structures aligned with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or consumer goods marketing, preferably in food or FMCG, and understanding of online customer acquisition and conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting and manage multiple tasks.
- Relevant certification or coursework in digital marketing, SEO, or paid advertising is an advantage; prior practical experience in similar roles is highly desirable.
