Relationship Manager / HR Assistant
a Real Estate Company - Royal Resource Management (RRM)
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships + handle inquiries professionally
- Support HR: onboarding, staff welfare, conflict resolution
- Follow up with leads and help close deals
- Maintain positive company image with clients + staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service/client relations
- Strong background in human psychology - understanding people, behavior, motivation and HR
- Sales skills: ability to build rapport + convert leads
- Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Must be based in Kaduna Central and available to resume quickly.
Salary
N100,000/month.
