Field Sales Executive - Beauty and Wellbeing (Borno)

This contract role provides a unique opportunity to support our factory operations by strengthening food safety systems, driving compliance, and ensuring we consistently meet internal and external food safety standards.
- As a Field Sales Executive - Beauty and Wellbeing , you will drive sales of beauty and personal-care products by identifying potential customers, presenting products effectively, building strong customer relationships, and achieving agreed sales targets.
Main Responsibilities
- Sell beauty, skincare, and personal-care products to customers through a sales team
- Provide the necessary trainings to build the capability of the sales team in selling beauty products.
- Identify and develop new customers, retailers, beauty stores, pharmacies, and Category distributors.
- Visit existing and prospective customers to generate orders.
- Explain product features, benefits, usage, and pricing.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow up on leads and previous customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor products, prices, promotions, and market activity.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate market information to management.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at retail locations.
Requirements
- Must have 1–3 years' sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, FMCG, pharmacy, or retail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of beauty products and the ability to learn new products quickly.
- Ability to confidently approach new customers and generate sales.
- Target-driven and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Good customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
- Basic smartphone/computer skills for reporting.
- A valid driver's licence is an advantage.
