Job Responsibilities
- Electrical repairs & maintenance
- Lighting, sockets, switches & wiring
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
- Routine electrical inspections across managed properties
- Preventative maintenance and general electrical works.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience as an electrician
- Good knowledge of electrical installations, repairs & fault finding
- Experience with residential/commercial properties is an advantage
- Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
- Ability to respond to maintenance issues promptly
- Relevant electrical qualification/certification is an added advantage.
