Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and evaluate operational, financial, and compliance processes.
• Identify risks, control gaps, and areas for process improvement.
• Review financial records, transactions, and internal controls.
• Prepare audit reports with practical recommendations.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Support management in strengthening governance and risk management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ core experience in internal audit or a similar role.
• ICAN certification or progress toward certification is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to reside in or relocate to Ado-Ekiti.
