Maintenance Officer

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Officer to join our team. The Maintenance Officer will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring that the hotel's facilities and equipment are in good working order. Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises to identify maintenance needs Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and AC repairs Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs Assist in the setup and maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment Monitor and manage maintenance supplies and inventory Qualifications: Proven experience in maintenance or a related field Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues Good physical condition and stamina Excellent communication and organizational skills
