Marketing Operations Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Officer to provide remote operational support to Field Business Developers (BDs) by managing outlet/customer data, maintaining accurate records, conducting basic outlet verification, and preparing daily reports with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and accurately enter customer and outlet information submitted by Field BDs into Excel/Google Sheets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date outlet registration records.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on registered and verified outlets.
• Conduct basic verification of selected outlets and flag discrepancies or incomplete information.
• Follow up with Field BDs for missing or inaccurate information.
• Maintain trackers for outlet registration and field activities.
• Provide administrative and data support to the Field BD team.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, sales or marketing operations, customer service, or field operations (a similar role is an advantage).
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and online collaboration tools such as Google Drive and Microsoft Teams, etc
• Good data-entry and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing operations, data management, or administrative support is an advantage.

Salary
N120,000 net monthly.
