Business Development Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Business Development manager to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence within the energy and power sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 10 years and above proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Experience in the Energy and Power Industry is an added advantage.
