Job Summary

  • We are seeking a responsible and reliable Dispatch Rider to handle the safe and timely delivery of documents, packages, products, and other items to customers and business locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver packages, documents, and orders promptly and safely.
  • Pick up items from clients, vendors, and designated locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
  • Ensure the motorcycle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
  • Follow traffic rules and company safety policies.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and report delivery issues promptly.
  • Confirm deliveries and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery.
  • Perform routine checks on the motorcycle and report faults immediately.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
  • Valid motorcycle rider’s licence.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a dispatch rider.
  • Good knowledge of local routes and roads.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must be responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
