Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities Create visually compelling graphics and layouts for digital and print marketing campaigns Design high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, product promotions, and brand storytelling Develop branding assets in line with the bank's visual identity Collaborate with marketing, product, and communication teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals Support the design of internal and external communication materials (e.g., newsletters, brochures, infographics) Requirements Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio (including motion graphics work) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Experience with social media content creation Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in the financial services or fintech space is an added advantage What We Offer Opportunity to shape a growing brand in the microfinance sector A collaborative and innovative work environment Competitive salary, 13th Month/Christmas Bonus Annual leave and payment of leave allowance Room for professional growth and creative freedom
