Job Summary
The Merchant Engagement Executive is responsible for onboarding and managing merchants, strengthening relationships, improving merchant performance, and driving marketplace sales.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage merchant partnerships.
- Build and maintain merchant relationships.
- Support merchants to improve sales performance.
- Source products and promotional deals.
- Resolve merchant issues and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive marketplace growth.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Merchant Management, Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- E-commerce or retail experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and Microsoft Excel skills.
