Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Facility Managerin delivering projects, overseeing facility operations, and driving business growth.
- This role combines project support, facility management, vendor coordination, client relationship management, and business development, including sourcing new clients and securing new projects for facility management services across residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support:
- Drive in planning, coordinating, and tracking real estate projects
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Support risk identification and ensure smooth project execution
Facility & Property Management Support:
- Driveproperty inspections and performance reporting
- Support rent tracking, budgeting, and expense management
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor management
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
- Ensure effective vendor coordination to deliver quality and cost-efficient services
- Maintain property listings and records
Commercial & Business Development:
- Champion client relationship management and service delivery
- Drive client retention through consistent engagement and follow-ups
- Identify and onboard new clients for facility management (residential and commercial properties)
- Source and secure new projects and facility management contracts
- Collaborate with estate agents, marketers, and partners to grow the portfolio
- Engage clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of cognate experience in real estate, facility management, project management, or a related field
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Must have vendor management skills, including coordinating, supervising, and evaluating service providers
- Must have business development skills, including the ability to attract new clients, secure new projects, and grow facility management portfolios
- Commercial mindset with the ability to attract and retain clients
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
Salary
N250,000 per month.
