Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel to ensure optimal coverage and effectiveness.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, and emergencies, managing incidents according to established protocols.
• Train and mentor security staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, staff performance, and operational activities for management review.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary to enhance security measures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role within the security industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of security personnel.
• In-depth knowledge of security operations, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in using security systems, surveillance equipment, and reporting software.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for reporting and coordination purposes.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
