Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber executive to serve as the key operational bridge between Finance and marketing functions.
  • This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in fund management revenue drivers, financial engineering, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new market opportunities, expand Assets Under Management (AUM), and optimize client acquisition strategies.
  • Partner with marketing and business development teams to design, package, and bring competitive fund products to market.
  • Understand the core unit economics of fund management to drive profitability.
  • Oversee operations, ensuring seamless portfolio accounting, fund valuation, and financial reporting.
  • Streamline business operations to maximize operational efficiency and profit margins.
  • Ensure all business-driving activities adhere strictly to internal risk management frameworks and SEC/external financial regulatory standards.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

  • Professional Certifications: Membership of ICAN, ACCA, or CFA.
  • Experience: 10–12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Investment Banking, Asset/Fund Management, or Private Equity.
  • Financial & Commercial Expertise: In-depth understanding of financial accounting, corporate finance, and commercial marketing strategies for investment products.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams across both revenue-generating (front office) and control (back office) functions.

Salary
N500,000 - N800,000 / month.
