Marketing Associate

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Associate to drive customer acquisition and business growth in Abakaliki.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's products and services, developing new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships while achieving assigned sales and marketing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company's products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
• Conduct field marketing and customer engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Execute marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional events.
• Meet and exceed monthly customer acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of the Abakaliki market is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must reside in Abakaliki or be willing to relocate.
