Accountant

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries accurately and promptly.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
- Assist with internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support the Reporting & Accounting Manager with financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in the upstream Oil & Gas sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong experience in account reconciliations, journal entries, and audit support.
- ICAN or ACCA qualification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems is an added advantage.
