Our Client

Our client, a furniture retail company, seeks to employ an Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support to the CEO in developing, implementing, and monitoring key business initiatives and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to drive strategic projects and ensure alignment with the company's vision and goals.
  • Manage and coordinate high-priority projects, ensuring timely execution, effective resource utilization, and successful delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and relationship management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials, and business correspondence for executive-level meetings and engagements.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation of key discussions, and tracking of action items.
  • Conduct research, market analysis, and business intelligence gathering to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor organizational performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Support the CEO in managing partnerships, business development initiatives, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and execute special projects assigned by the CEO, including product launches, strategic partnerships, and organizational initiatives.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business information and executive communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Strategic Management, Project Management, or similar leadership-support role.
  • Experience within the furniture, manufacturing, retail, sales, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to analyze information and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coordination, and team collaboration skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accountability.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and execution capabilities
