Description
- We are looking for experienced and result-driven out-of-home sales managers to expand our market reach and drive for growth across the North region by effectively executing the company’s sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify, approach and onboard potential customers in assigned locations.
- Set clear KPIs.
- Conduct regular market research to understand customers needs.
- Promote and sell company products and services.
- Provide customers with detailed information about product features, pricing and installation options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets.
- Report sales activities and customer feedback accurately.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing or customer-facing roles.
- Sound knowledge of the Nigerian market ecosystem.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience managing a sales team.
- Ability to work independently and outdoors for extended periods.
