Requirements
- Relevant engineering qualifications or technical certifications.
- Experience in maintenance, repairs and hotel facilities systems.
- Knowledge of hotel facilities systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators and lifts, as relevant.
- Strong maintenance planning, safety compliance and contractor coordination skills.
- Leadership and engineering operations management experience required for supervisory and management roles.
- Proven experience in a five-star hotel environment.
- Experience within a reputable international hotel group or recognised international hotel brand is preferred.
