Program Structure:

• The CLGTP is a fully remote program, allowing participants to contribute and learn from anywhere while collaborating with colleagues and mentors in a professional virtual environment.
• To ensure a productive and immersive learning experience, trainees are expected to be available and actively engaged during standard working hours:
  • Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• This structure mirrors a professional work environment and helps participants develop the discipline, collaboration habits, and workplace readiness expected in today's organisations.
