Marketer
PointOne Microfinance Bank
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and business growth.
- Mobilize deposits and market the bank's products and services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into active customers.
- Meet assigned sales and deposit mobilization targets.
- Conduct market visits and promote the bank's products within assigned locations.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
- Contribute to the achievement of branch and organizational growth objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
- HND/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed assigned targets.
- Experience in banking or microfinance is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
