Key Responsibilities
- Safe Operations: Navigate roads safely while strictly adhering to traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations.
- Route Planning: Utilize navigation apps and GPS to plan efficient routes and avoid heavy traffic or construction delays.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections (checking oil, tires, fuel, and lights) and report any mechanical issues.
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load/unload cargo or assist passengers with luggage and boarding.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, passengers, or delivery recipients.
Specification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a driver
- Clean Driving Record: A history free of recent traffic violations or at-fault accidents.
- Navigation Skills: Strong familiarity with GPS and mapping software.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to sit for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform manual loading.
- Time Management: Punctual with excellent organizational skills to ensure schedules are met.
