Building Engenieer

We are looking to hire a building engineer base on contract. The Building Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems to ensure facilities are safe, efficient, and fully functional. This role oversees the performance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, conducts routine inspections, coordinates preventive maintenance, responds to technical issues, and ensures compliance with safety regulations and building standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, inspect, and maintain building systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Monitor building performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare technical reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Building Engineering.
• Experience in building operations, maintenance, or facilities management.
• Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
