Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Creative & Strategy Director who can transform ideas into
• impactful campaigns.
• Lead high-performing creative teams and drive strategic thinking across the organization.
• You will lead our creative vision, shape client strategies, mentor multidisciplinary teams, contribute directly to revenue growth, and ensure the organization continues to produce world-class work.

Responsibilities
Creative Leadership:

• Define and own the organization's creative vision.
• Raise creative standards across every department.
• Review and approve creative work before client delivery.
• Provide constructive, actionable feedback that improves output.
• Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions.
• Ensure every project reflects Bloom’s premium brand positioning.

Strategy:

• Develop marketing and communication strategies for clients.
• Build campaign concepts rooted in business objectives.
• Translate client challenges into creative opportunities.
• Lead strategic planning sessions.
• Present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire designers, videographers, social media managers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Build a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Conduct weekly creative reviews.
• Identify training and development opportunities.

Business Development
Responsibilities:

• Lead proposal development.
• Contribute to acquiring new business.
• Build relationships with prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Develop innovative service offerings.

Revenue Growth

• Help generate new revenue.
• Increase client retention.
• Improve campaign performance.
• Upsell strategic services.
• Create ideas that clients are willing to pay for.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience.

Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
