Government & Stakeholder Relations Manager

Role Summary
- Develop and maintain relationships with government institutions, community leaders, strategic partners and other stakeholders; coordinate engagements, documentation, stakeholder communication and issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) in Public Administration, Political Science, Law, Communications, Business Administration, International Relations or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in government relations, stakeholder engagement, corporate affairs, public relations or a similar function.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, diplomacy, documentation and relationship-management skills.
- A Master's Degree in any relevant fields is an added advantage.
Employment Terms
- This postion is intended as full-time employment
- Part-time or contract-based engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the role, operational need, and candidate profile justify such an arrangement.
- Successful candidates may be required to work across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State and to participate in field activities where applicable.
- Working hours, reporting lines, compensation, benefits, probation, leave, and other employment conditions will be communicated to shortlisted candidates during the selection and offer process.
