Executive Assistant (Computer Literate)

Job Summary
- TAAS Group of Schools is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and computer-literate Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to management.
- The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, minutes, and official documents.
- Coordinate administrative activities and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Manage emails, records, and office documentation efficiently.
- Support management in project coordination and execution.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Minimum of 4–7 years' proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive)
- Internet research and email management
- Basic document formatting and report preparation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in an educational institution will be an added advantage.
- Must reside in Ibadan or within close proximity to Ibadan .
Salary
N60,000 - N75,000 / month.
