IT Supervisor

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Supervisor to lead the company’s technology operations and digital transformation initiatives across its business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee ERP, POS, infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems.
- Lead cybersecurity, IT governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
- Manage IT vendors, budgets, projects, and technology implementations.
- Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency through technology.
- Lead and support the IT team while working closely with senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive IT experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong experience with ERP/POS systems, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in IT project, vendor, and budget management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant IT certifications or a Master’s degree are an added advantage.
