Finance / Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities
Finance:
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash accounts.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning.
- Support payroll processing and statutory remittances.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.
Administration:
- Manage office supplies and ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain employee and company records in an organized manner.
- Coordinate office maintenance and vendor relationships.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in finance, accounting, and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
