Finance / Admin Officer

Fort Knox Outsourcing

Key Responsibilities
Finance:

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash accounts.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning.
  • Support payroll processing and statutory remittances.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintain employee and company records in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and vendor relationships.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in finance, accounting, and administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
