Admin (Rencorp Agency) - Hybrid

Role Overview

• We’re hiring a Administrative Person to support the talent managers across daily operations, communication, and brand engagements.
• This is a hybrid role combining administrative support, and operational coordination.
• You’ll manage schedules, emails, travel, and external relationships with brands, while conducting research and preparing insights or briefs that allow the talent to focus on creative and business priorities.
• You’ll also liaise with brands, agencies, and partners—both locally and internationally—representing the talent professionally.
• This is not a passive administrative role: you’ll anticipate needs, problem-solve, and execute with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise the talent’s inbox and communication.
• Liaise professionally with local and international brands, agencies, and partners
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with the creative team and with clients, shoots, and travel plans.
• Conduct research on brands, events, and opportunities, presenting findings in clear summaries.
• Maintain trackers, internal systems, and operational documents.
• Support social media, campaigns, and content coordination when needed
• Provide in-person support during meetings, shoots, or events
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Administrative  or high-performing operations support
• Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and reliability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professionalism in representing talent with external partners
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Proficient in Google Workspace, project management, and admin tools
• Discretion handling sensitive information.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in talent management, entertainment, or creative industries
• Experience coordinating social media, campaigns, or content schedules
• Experience liaising with high-profile clients or brands
• Familiarity with project management and workflow tools (Asana, Notion, Airtable)

Work Structure:

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hybrid: Remote work with required in-person availability in Lagos
• Occasional weekends when talent has events or campaigns.
