- You’ll support the Product Growth Manager in executing growth strategies, working under close mentorship while learning product management fundamentals and delivering measurable results.
What you’ll do
- Conduct customer interviews and surveys, and compile feedback for analysis
- Track competitors and market trends, and prepare market summaries
- Compile monthly KPIs (adoption, retention, revenue, satisfaction) and build performance dashboards
- Coordinate stakeholders, prepare meeting agendas, and document action items
- Maintain product roadmap documentation and track feature delivery.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years in market research, business analysis, or product support (financial services experience is a plus)
- Strong Excel skills: data entry, basic analysis, and charts
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and clear written and presentation skills
- Well organized, curious, and coachable
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is an advantage.
