Accountant

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
- Record daily sales, expenses, purchases, and payments
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Reconcile cash, bank, and POS transactions
- Monitor income and expenditure
- Manage invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Assist with payroll and other accounting duties
- Monitor inventory-related financial records
- Ensure proper documentation and accountability of funds
- Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND / B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous accounting experience, preferably in a supermarket or retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping ability
- Honesty, integrity, and accountability
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
