- Assist with order processing: receiving, verifying, and documenting customer requests.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Help coordinate logistics and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of operations and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards in all processes.
- Provide customer support by handling inquiries and resolving basic issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related course .
- Strong interest in healthcare operations and logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a personal laptop.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the internship, the intern will:
- Gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations and supply processes.
- Understand inventory management, order processing, and quality control.
- Develop data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
