Summary
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Data Technician/Engineer with experience in the Oil & Gas/Construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and maintain project, engineering, and field data.
- Manage daily site/field data, equipment records, inspection reports, and work progress records.
- Prepare project reports, data sheets, dashboards, and progress updates.
- Analyse operational and project data to support engineering and management decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, manpower, equipment, activities, and project milestones.
- Support document control and ensure proper filing and retrieval of technical records.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate corrections with relevant site/engineering teams.
- Ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project and client requirements.
Requirements
- B.Sc./B.Eng./HND in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Engineering projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work with field and engineering teams.
