Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning & Instruction: Design and deliver curriculum-aligned lesson plans covering literary analysis, syntax, punctuation, and writing genres (fiction, poetry, essay).
- Student Assessment: Grade essays, quizzes, and projects, track academic growth, and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
- Classroom Management: Foster an inclusive, engaging, and disciplined learning environment that supports diverse learning styles.
- Mentorship & Support: Provide individualized tutoring, guide critical thinking discussions, and prepare students for standardized exams or higher education.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Conduct parent-teacher meetings, keep attendance and grade records, and work closely with school faculty.
- Extracurricular Involvement: Sponsor student clubs, lead literacy events, or organize school field trips.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 2 years experience.
