Description

We are seeking a courteous and attentive Waitress to deliver outstanding dining service to our guests.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an overall pleasant dining experience, all while maintaining high standards of professionalism and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests promptly and courteously, providing menus and relevant information.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them correctly to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets established standards.
Respond to guest inquiries regarding menu items, including ingredients and recommendations.
Process bills and payments accurately, ensuring proper documentation of transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas and tables before, during, and after service.
Address guest complaints or concerns promptly, escalating issues to supervisors where necessary.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Adhere to hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards at all times.
Support other service staff during peak periods and special events as needed.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
Minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a Waitress/Waiter in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
Good physical stamina, with the ability to stand and move for extended periods.
Basic numeracy skills for handling orders and payments accurately.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
