Key Responsibilities
- Lead design development from the concept stage through schematic design.
- Generate Good for Construction (GFC) drawings in alignment with standard industry practices.
- Review, update, and control drawing revisions, maintaining version control across all teams.
- Coordinate directly with external design consultants on design queries and technical specifications.
- Monitor design progress against established milestones and site operational requirements.
- Manage design workshops, lead team meetings, and deliver formal stage presentations to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience in multi-family residential or commercial real estate developments.
- Advanced proficiency in CAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
- Strong track record of technical drawing management and consultant coordination.
Salary
N200,000 - N500,000 monthly.
