Branch Supervisor

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and hands-on Branch Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy wholesale distribution branch.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, effective team management, inventory control, and excellent customer service while driving sales and achieving branch targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations and staff activities
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and warehouse operations
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales, stock, and cash transactions
• Coordinate order processing, loading, and dispatch of goods
• Drive sales performance and achieve branch targets
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain strong customer relationships
• Enforce company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–4 years' supervisory experience in an FMCG, wholesale, or distribution environment
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
