Regional Manager - Female

Supervise and provide guidance to Store Managers, ensuring smooth operations across all outlets in the region. Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer service, inventory levels, and overall profitability of each store. Implement company policies, standards, and procedures consistently across all branches. Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team. Train, mentor, and evaluate store-level management staff to enhance leadership and operational capacity. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all locations. Coordinate logistics, supply chain support, and maintenance across all stores within the region. Handle conflict resolution, customer complaints escalated beyond store level, and internal team issues. Work closely with HR on recruitment, staff performance reviews, and disciplinary matters. Analyze regional business trends, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth within the region. Oversee the rollout of new products, promotions, and services.
