Social Media Manager / Graphics Designer

Job Duties

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Develop and implement a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content consistently.
• Write compelling captions, headlines, and promotional copy.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement, and respond professionally.
• Grow the company’s online presence, followers, reach, and engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, hashtags, and platform changes.
• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for improved content and engagement.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
• Assist with planning and promoting campaigns, promotions, product launches, and special events.
• Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, stories, advertisements, flyers, banners, and promotional materials.
• Create visually appealing marketing materials that align with the company's brand identity.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotional activities.
• Edit photos and videos for social media and other digital platforms.
• Create short-form video content, reels, and promotional videos where required.
• Ensure consistency in fonts, colours, logos, imagery, and overall brand presentation.
• Resize and adapt designs for different social media platforms and marketing channels.
• Work with management/marketing teams to turn ideas and briefs into creative visual content.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of experience. 

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
