Job Title: Management Trainee (Factory Operations) Job Description:

• Assist the Factory Director in managing daily production operations and process optimization.
• Support employee management activities, including team coordination and performance support.
• Participate in implementing and monitoring safety management systems to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
• Assist in quality management efforts to uphold and improve product standards.
• Engage in cross-departmental training to develop a comprehensive understanding of factory operations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Factory Director or management to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of work experience in a dairy beverage manufacturing plant.
• Strong interest in factory operations and leadership development.
• Good understanding of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations.
• Team-oriented with a proactive learning attitude.
