Partner Success Executive

Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partner Success Executive (PSE) to manage OEM vendor relationships and oversee the end-to-end delivery of hardware and software solutions to enterprise clients across Nigeria and the broader West African market.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full partner lifecycle, including partner onboarding, enablement, ongoing engagement, quarterly business reviews, renewal management, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- The role also requires ensuring that all delivery commitments to end-user clients are executed efficiently, on time, and reviewed upon completion to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between OEM partners, internal teams, and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration, exceptional service delivery, and long-term partner success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with OEM partners and vendors.
- Coordinate the onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement of partners.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of hardware and software solutions to clients.
- Monitor delivery timelines and ensure commitments are met.
- Manage renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and business expansion.
- Conduct post-delivery reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partner and client engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partner management, account management, customer success, or a similar role.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
- Experience within the technology or cybersecurity industry is an added advantage.
