Social Media Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Create original and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of furniture projects, customer installations, showroom displays, factory production, and carpentry training sessions.
• Edit videos into professional reels, short-form videos, promotional adverts, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Write compelling captions, headlines, and calls-to-action that encourage audience engagement.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with company campaigns and marketing objectives.
• Attend site visits, installations, exhibitions, and factory operations to capture live content.
• Produce creative promotional videos for products, services, and training programmes.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop content that generates enquiries and sales.
• Keep up to date with current social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and social media enquiries where required.
• Ensure all content reflects the Marsand Bespoke Limited brand identity and maintains a professional image.

• Deliver high-quality content consistently.
• Increase social media engagement and follower growth.
• Generate qualified enquiries through digital content.
• Meet agreed content production deadlines.
• Improve brand visibility and online presence.
• Support marketing campaigns that contribute to sales growth.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.

Content Expectations
The successful candidate will be expected to create:

• Product showcase videos.
• Furniture installation videos.
• Customer testimonial videos.
• Workshop and factory behind-the-scenes content.
• Educational carpentry tips and tutorials.
• Student training and graduation highlights.
• Promotional adverts and campaign videos.
• Before-and-after transformation videos.
• Staff spotlight and company culture content.
• Event coverage and exhibition highlights.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Digital Content Creator, or similar role.
• Excellent photography and videography skills.
• Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design applications.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Occasional Saturday work may be required for site visits, factory visits, exhibitions, or special events.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
