Senior Business Development Manager (Hybrid)

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts in the financial services sector across West and East Africa.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding Mida’s footprint in these regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with financial institutions across Africa.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in financial services.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with Mida's growth objectives.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure successful implementation and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Represent Mida at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within the financial services sector in Africa.
- Strong understanding of the financial services landscape in Nigeria
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience with selling fintech solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
What We Offer
- Salary: N750,000 - N1,000,000 per month.
