Mechanical Technician

Key Resonposiblilites

• Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems and components using engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery (motors, pumps, valves, gears).
• Diagnose mechanical failures using diagnostic tools and systematic troubleshooting methods.
• Perform functional and performance testing using test fixtures and instrumentation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Assemble or disassemble complex mechanical systems for testing or modification.
• Fabricate or repair parts using machine shop tools (lathes, milling machines, grinders, welding equipment).
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and participate in safety training.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
