Social Media and Brand Growth Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking to hire an experienced Social Media & Brand Growth Manager who understands the beauty, lifestyle, and coaching industries.
• This is not an entry-level role.
• We need someone who has a proven track record of working with personal brands, growing engaged communities, and creating content that drives results.

Responsibilities

• Manage my Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content consistently.
• Build and manage an engaged community with a community-first approach.
• Create and execute content and brand strategies aligned with my vision and mission.
• Set up, manage, and optimize Instagram Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Plan paid campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Research, source, and manage influencer and creator collaborations.
• Coordinate UGC campaigns and brand partnerships.
• Stay updated with trends in beauty, luxury lifestyle, business, coaching, and personal branding.
• Monitor analytics and optimize content based on performance.
• Research human behaviour, audience psychology, and consumer trends to improve content performance and conversions.
• Identify speaking opportunities, networking events, conferences, podcasts, and industry events that will increase visibility and brand recognition.
• Plan and coordinate my participation in relevant events.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achieve 50 paid bookings per month.
• Increase the number of people paying for SOVEREIGN WOMAN CODE access spots.
• Grow brand visibility and recognition across all platforms.
• Increase engagement and build a highly active community.
• Improve reach, impressions, and follower growth consistently.
• Execute successful Instagram and TikTok advertising campaigns with measurable results.
• Secure relevant podcast, media, speaking, and event opportunities that elevate the brand.
• Build strategic influencer and partnership relationships that drive awareness and conversions.
• Deliver consistent content according to the approved content calendar.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years experience
• Proven experience managing and growing personal brands.
• Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, luxury, or coaching industry.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Excellent content planning, storytelling, and branding skills.
• Strong community management and influencer marketing experience.
• Strategic, creative, organized, proactive, and results-driven.

Priority Focus:

• Increase paid bookings and paid access spot registrations.
• Study human behaviour and audience psychology to improve marketing performance.
• Increase my visibility, authority, and public recognition.
• Research and recommend high-value events, conferences, podcasts, and networking opportunities for me to attend.

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
