Administrative Officer (Volunteer)

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping
  • Support with documentation, reporting, and data management
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and volunteer coordination
  • Ensure smooth internal communication and administrative efficiency

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
