Candidates must:
- Possess a PhD in Medical Laboratory Science or Physiotherapy with at least 3 years post-PhD teaching experience in a university or similar research institute, OR possess Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College or its equivalent.
- Be registered with the relevant regulatory body, such as MLSCN or MRTBN, with an active practising licence.
- Have a minimum of 15 academic publications.
- Have teaching/administrative experience and demonstrate academic leadership ability.
