Secondary School Teachers (All Subjects)

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Teach assigned subjects according to the Nigerian curriculum.
• Assess students through tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Prepare students for WAEC/NECO and school examinations.
• Maintain classroom discipline and student records.
• Provide academic support and mentorship to students.
• Participate in staff meetings and school activities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area.
• PGDE / NCE is an advantage.
• TRCN is an advantage.

Experience:

• 2+ years teaching experience at secondary school level preferred.
• Experience preparing students for external examinations is an advantage.

Skills:

• Classroom management
• Lesson planning and curriculum delivery
• Student assessment
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Subject knowledge
• Use of educational technology.
