Key Roles
- The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall operation, profitability, and success of the hotel. The GM oversees all departments and ensures excellent guest service, efficient operations, and achievement of business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the hotel.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Oversee all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and Accounts.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and cost-control measures.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and government requirements.
- Handle major guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor occupancy levels, room revenue, and sales performance.
- Build relationships with clients, corporate organizations, travel agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular management meetings and departmental reviews.
- Ensure proper maintenance of hotel facilities and assets.
- Drive marketing, sales, and promotional activities to increase business.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management or owners.

Salary
N300,000 / Month.
