Core Duties
- Perform professional facials, body massage and waxing services
- Consult with clients and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain treatment rooms and ensure hygiene standards
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences
- Upsell products and treatment packages
- Ensure overall client comfort and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of an HND
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Skilled and experienced in Facials, massage, and waxing
- Good knowledge of skincare products and treatments
- Excellent customer service and hygiene standards
- Professional, presentable, and client-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment.
